Electronic Registration System

ACCESS THE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM

The West Virginia State Social Studies Fair employs a web-based electronic registration system.  Here's how the process works:

1.  After a school fair is held, winning projects are registered for county fairs using whatever method the county chooses to employ.

2.  Following the county fair, COUNTY FAIR COORDINATORS must utilize the West Virginia State Social Studies Fair Online Registration System to register winning county projects for regional fairs.

3.  The WVDE will provide each RESA coordinator with an Access database containing data for all projects competing in the RESA fair.

4.  After a RESA fair is held, REGIONAL FAIR COORDINATORS will export the appropriate data from their Access databases and submit it via email to the WVDE.
